Shipping policy

Every effort is made to ship orders out as soon as possible, especially during the holidays as we know you are anxious to receive them in time.  Orders that come in while we are at a weekend event will be shipped out the following Tuesday.  If you are unsure about our shipping dates, please feel free to call.  

All orders will be shipped within 7 calendar days but usually much sooner.  Shipping costs are calculated using weight and approximate box size required to ship your item(s).  Sometimes Economy shipping is cheaper than our flat rate depending on the size and weight of the purchase (not necessarily the purchase value), so please do look over all options before selecting your shipping method.

We strive to pack all products with care and enough padding to ensure they arrive to you undamaged.  Broken pottery is no fun for you and no fun for us either, so we truly apologize if it arrives damaged. 

If items do arrive damaged, please review our refund policy before you discard the item or packaging.  We must have specific photos in order to file the insurance claim and issue a refund.
