Refund policy

All sales are final unless items were damaged in shipping. 

Please email the following 7 photos of the damaged item(s), the box and packing materials to musiccitypolishpottery@gmail.com to submit a refund request.  We must receive photos within 5 days of the delivery date to process your refund.  We apologize for the inconvenience this causes, but UPS has very specific requirements for us to file our insurance claim.  The box and the broken piece must be kept for UPS to collect the evidence in some cases.  We at Music City Polish Pottery understand this is not the most convenient for our customers and we greatly appreciate your effort to help us receive compensation for the damages.  We will notify you as soon as it is safe to dispose of the pottery and packaging.  Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the following photos:

1. Photo of broken pottery shown clearly to be INSIDE the box/packaging.

2. Photo of the broken pottery shown clearly to be OUTSIDE the box/packaging.

3. Photo of the top and two sides of the box showing.

4. Photo of the bottom and the other two sides of the box showing.

5. Photo of the label with the shipping bar code showing.

6. Photo of the packing materials used in shipping (styrofoam peanuts, paper, bubble wrap, etc)

7. Close up of the box manufacturer's "Box Certificate" Seal.
